Brantley Properties, Inc. works on behalf of its investors to identify quality real estate investments in growing markets.  Once identified Brantley Properties, Inc. will conduct financial analysis and perform the necessary due diligence on the property.  Our real estate investments are primarily based upon non-recourse debt structures with each property owned by a separate limited liability company.  Our investments include apartments in North and South Carolina and retail shopping centers in the Triad.
